Beginner Product Guide
1UP carries flower, pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, vapes, tinctures, topicals, and accessories. If you're new, the staff can help you understand each format and what fits your situation. A general rule: start low, go slow - especially with edibles.
Flower
Cannabis in its most traditional form. Smoked using a pipe, bowl, or rolling paper. Comes in indica, sativa, and hybrid varieties. Ask staff to explain the difference.
Pre-Rolls
Pre-rolled joints ready to use. A convenient, low-barrier entry point for beginners. Available as singles and packs.
Edibles
Cannabis-infused food and beverages including gummies, chocolates, and drinks. Effects take longer to set in compared to flower - start with a low dose (2.5-5mg THC) on your first try.
Vapes
Vape cartridges and disposables. Fast-acting and discreet. Available in a variety of formulations - staff can walk you through options.
Concentrates
Higher-potency cannabis extracts in formats like wax, shatter, live resin, and rosin. Generally recommended for more experienced consumers - ask staff if you're curious.

RULE 01
Age Requirement
You must be 21 or older to purchase recreational cannabis in New Mexico. Medical patients with a valid NM medical cannabis card may be 18+.
RULE 02
Legal Limits
Adults 21+ may legally possess up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower, 16 grams of concentrate, and 800mg of THC in edibles in New Mexico.
RULE 03
Consumption
Cannabis may not be consumed in public spaces. It is for private use only. Ask staff if you have questions about where consumption is permitted.
RULE 04
No Transport
Cannabis purchased in New Mexico must stay in New Mexico. It may not be transported across state lines regardless of the destination state's laws.
